Hygroscopicity and moisture release

Absorbing moisture or release it to make comfortable conditions, seeming like a natural air conditioner.

Refurbishment of the wool fibers ensures elasticity remains. Moderate cushioning properties prevent Bedsores, Pressure sores and Decubitus ulcers.

Warmness retention

Restricting air though the fibers, wool piles contain a large amount of air, which prevents air circulation and keeping warmth locked inside.

Regular maintenance is required to extend the life of the Mouton Product

①Inspection
Specialty staff will assess the mouton and decide on an appropriate cleaning method.
If a mouton product is unable to be refurbished, our staff will contact the customer to arrange an alternate process.
②Acceptance
(ID Tag attached etc.)
Each mouton is issued a bar code to ensure the process runs smoothly.
③Dust removal processing
Specialized Machines are used to remove dust and dirt from the product.
④Dry cleaning

Use special designed Dry cleaning machine for washing.

⑤Drying

Drying also specialized machines are used.

⑥Wool Refurbish
Due to the cleaning process, wool fibers often curl in the process. Large ironing machines are used to restore fibers back to their previous condition.
⑦Lining Finish

To clean lining surface, a brush or other machines are used.

⑧Inspection and Metal detector check
Specialized staff will do a final check to ensure the cleaning process has been performed correctly. Ensuring customer safety, metal detectors are used to assess that repair materials such as needles have all been removed.
⑨Delivery
The product is packaged up and returned to the customer. Delivery usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks. If you are need a rush service, please contact our office.
